Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, you have the flexibility to cancel your Zowpo subscription at any time. We believe in providing services that meet your needs without binding commitments. If you decide to cancel, you can do so easily through your account settings or by contacting our support team for assistance. We're here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.
Who are considered subscribers in the context of our pricing, and how is this number determined?
In our pricing framework, a 'subscriber' refers to any unique individual currently set to receive push notifications. Those who have chosen to unsubscribe and cannot receive push notifications are excluded from the subscriber count for billing purposes.
Does the free plan have a time restriction, or is it indefinitely free under certain conditions?
Our free plan is meant to be FREE FOREVER, for as long as your total subscriber count stays below 10,000. This ensures you can enjoy our services without time constraints and for as long as you remain within this subscriber limit.
Do I need to provide payment or credit card details to access the Free plan?
Signing up for our Free plan requires no credit card details or any form of monetary commitment. If, at any point, you find our services unsatisfactory, you're free to cancel or discontinue use without any obligations.
Does the Free plan include all features, or are there any restrictions?
Regardless of the pricing tier you select, our Free plan offers complete access to all features. We believe in providing a full-featured experience to all our customers, without limiting functionalities based on the number of subscribers.
Is there a minimum duration for the subscription contract, and how does billing work?
We offer maximum flexibility with no minimum contract term. You're free to cancel your subscription at any point, no questions asked. Our billing is conducted monthly, and you can choose to stop it whenever you wish.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
In case a payment is delayed, we send a reminder and provide a 3-day grace period to complete the transaction. If the payment isn't made within these 3 days, your account will be temporarily suspended — meaning push notification services will be paused. However, your account data remains saved for reactivation once the payment is settled. For any issues or concerns about payments, please feel free to contact us.
Zowpo has API support?
Currently, we are actively developing the API for Zowpo. It's in progress and will be launched soon. Stay tuned for this exciting update!
