1. Agreement Overview
This agreement (“Terms”) is made between you, whether an individual or an entity, as stated on the registration form (“Registration Form”), and Zowpo. References to “you” or “your” pertain to the individual or entity described on the Registration Form. If you are registering on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
2. Use of Service
Your use of the services provided by Zowpo at www.zowpo.com (“Service”) is governed by these Terms.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
- Notify Zowpo immediately at support@zowpo.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are permitted to create only one account for all your sites. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in termination of the service.
4. Changes and Termination
- Zowpo may modify the Service at any time without prior notice.
- You can discontinue your use of the Service at any time.
- Zowpo may terminate your use of the Service at any time for any reason.
- If you are a paying customer, you can cancel your subscription anytime by notifying us via email at support@zowpo.com to stop automatic fee collection.
5. Exclusion of Warranties
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
- Zowpo disclaims all implied warranties including those of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Zowpo does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any data provided will be accurate.
6. Account & Billing
- You agree to pay fees based on the number of push subscribers managed by Zowpo.
- Payments are due in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Zowpo reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and data if you fail to comply with payment terms.
- If your account is suspended or deleted, Zowpo is not liable for any resulting damages or losses.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Zowpo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
- This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if Zowpo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Export of Subscriber Data
- You may request an export of your subscriber data once per month.
- Exported data cannot be used to transfer to another push notification vendor due to the design of push notification technology.
- Zowpo can also permanently delete your subscriber data upon request.
9. Prohibited Use
Zowpo prohibits the use of its platform for:
- Harvesting push subscriber data for monetization through third-party ads.
- Supporting or encouraging terrorism or hate speech.
- Posting or soliciting abusive content involving minors.
- Promoting self-harm.
- Posting adult content.
- Spam and mass registrations.
- Promoting third-party products, services, or content via push notifications.
Zowpo reserves the right to update this list and suspend any accounts violating these policies without prior notice.
